crown pointe apartments tuscaloosa al - weve reviewed many student reviews on this apartment and the unifying thread is that its workout facilities are great ( pool, gym etc.)
however it seems as if maintennance is the over-all problem - it doesnt exist - heres an apartment review form one dweller
Poor: We have lived at Crowne Pointe for about two years and have watched the apartment complex fall apart. We live in a two bedroom and absolutely love our charming little apartment. It was brand new, when we moved in and we absolutely adore the floor plan. We love the work-out facility and the pool too. However, we have recently started having problems with out apartment. It is almost impossible to find someone in the apartment office to help us. There is no emergency number to call, when there is a problem. There is virtually no maintinance service what-so-ever. I feel like we may have to reconsider our lease for next year because we feel like our needs are not being met by the apartment complex. The management is very concerned with the tennants paying rent on time and not concerned at all with their well-being. We have NEVER paid our rent late and we are clean tennants who obey all of the rules of the complex. I feel like we should be met halfway here! Most of the nice neighbors have moved out and the grounds are not kept up as nicely as they were, when we moved in. The security gate hasn't been used in over a year either! It is sad to see such a nice apartment complex with so much potential go downhill so fast.
